Ticket Identification System

This cutting-edge feature enables the hotel to provide complimentary valet service to its inhouse guests as a gesture of hospitality. The system recognizes the guest’s ticket by scanning it with the device supplied by Imperial Valet Parking Co.

This system does not directly request the car; instead, it simply indicates whether the service is paid or complimentary from the hotel. When the guest requests their vehicle, it will display a fee of $0, confirming that the service is complimentary.
